Privacy Policy

The Summary of it

The Bloom Media is a one-woman business. I only collect and store information I need to provide you with the content and services request or purchase from me. By visiting this site, you agree to the terms explained in this policy. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices on websites not operated by me (even if I link to them or they link to this site).

The Longer Version

This policy applies to my use of any and all data collected by me in relation to your use of this site. Please read this privacy policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. (Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of the site). If you do not accept and agree with this privacy policy, you must stop using our site immediately.

Purchases and Payments

If you choose to pay for services directly on the site, you will provide your credit or debit card information.

Voguepay

I use Voguepay to process transactions. Voguepay is a secure third party payment processing company. When using your credit or debit card to purchase any of my services, you may be redirected to their secure third party gateway in the form of an iframe popup. The information you provide for payment will be stored on their secure servers and so their privacy policy will apply to the information you provide to them. I do not personally store any payment information for your protection.

Shopping Cart

In order to make a purchase from the site, you must use the shopping cart provider to finalize and pay for your order. Its privacy statement and security practices will also apply to your information. We encourage you to read that privacy statement before providing your information.

Analytics

I use Google Analytics services on the site to evaluate visitors’ use. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect standard visitors’ information in an anonymous format and generate aggregated reports. All the information gathered for this purpose does not personally identify you or any user.

I use the information specifically to:

  • Website-traffic analysis
  • Add to Cart/Checkout/Account features
  • Review technical details, like the most popular screen resolutions and browsers among users.

Email Marketing

I’ll only send you marketing emails if you specifically opt-in to receive them via a form/checkbox on the site. I use Mailchimp for email marketing, so your information is stored with them.

I use this information specifically to:

  • Send you a newsletter
  • Respond to your questions and concerns
  • To notify you about changes and updates to services.

You will be free to opt-out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email or you can send a mail to info@thebloommedia.com
